Access denied 550

Question

I'm getting an "access denied, 550" error when trying to upload to my server.  This on a Windows 7 computer where did not have the issue before.  I do not get the issue on my XP computer.  help, please.

That is a permissions issue at the server, you need to contact your hosting company.

That's a server error. Either there is a server issue your host needs to help with, or you are trying to upload to the wrong location and/or with the wrong credentials. Check your publishing destination settings.
