I created a Win10 Desktop D3 machine and installed Hyper-v. I then created a VM through Hyper-V manager and set the up Nested Virtualization on that VM. I am unable to start the VM with an error that one of the Hyper-V components is not running. Can I
use a Win10 Desktop to set up nested virtualization in Azure? Are there other settings I have to configure?
