How can I recover my windows 10?

Question

I resetted my pc to factory setting without doing a back up. I lost all information and it is now blank. Before then I had upgraded the PC to windows 10 . How can I recover my windows 10? Remember that it is totally blank. I need help.

Download / create the installation media from another pc, also ask for more help with installation / setup
