Keys never worked. Support claims limit was reached... RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm looking into Google Maps and Bing Maps APIs.  I requested a key for Bing Maps, but it didn't work.  It said invalid credentials.  I tried requesting another key with different options selected, but had the same issue.  I then tried one more key, but that one also didn't work.  I thought the API was having an issue, until I came across a post that had a key for testing, which worked fine.  The person who posted said to contact support if there was an issue with your key.

I tried to contact them and provided all the account info they asked for, and then they said it should be working fine.  I just got a chance to try it again, and I get the same error.  I emailed support again, and they said that I exceeded my limit.  I NEVER EVEN GOT THE KEYS WORKING ONCE...  Any ideas?
