CDN Custom Domain Name - Domain Validation Email RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We have been having a problem enabling custom domain HTTPS on our Verizon Standard CDN. I followed the steps from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cdn/cdn-custom-ssl. After submitting the request the status is showing as "Domain validation email sent, waiting for approval", it has been a day now but I still didn't get an email to verify our domain. I'm sure about our domain email and it's not there.

    We are using O365 and there is no incoming email from admin@digicert.com in trace result

    The domain I'm adding is schema.milestoneinternet.com, to the CDN https://mimschema.azureedge.net/

    Please help. Thank you in advance

    I have checked the domain and can confirm that the domain should be able to serve HTTPS traffic and has been verified. If you are still having issues, please let me know. Thank you.

  • We have added an option to validate via CNAME entry for those who are unable to receive the validation email.
