Setting up Windows Authentication in an Intranet

I have done most of the basics, and if I switch the program over to Forms Authentication, it works fine.  But when I go back to Windows, it errors out when I try to do certain things such as look at my profile, post an ad, etc.

I am assuming this is because since I am using windows authentication that there is no users being entered into the DB.  How do I get started with this?  Thank you.

If you will use windows authentication with a list of database users already exists in your database you have to keep a link between DB user and Windows user

you can maintain the needed information into your database and authenticate using active directory.
