    Then i go to


    C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727

    and run aspnet_regiis.exe –i

    but i get

    Error indicates that IIS is not installed on this machine. Please install IIS before using this tool.


    And yes IIS7 is ofocurse installed becouse i run it all the time. I am using windows 2008 x64 web edition.

    I google but no solution help me.

    Hello!


    If you give all necessary permissions to the folder there can be problem with selecting the wrong user role. I had once  similar problem and then the web administrator simply grant all permissions and it workes. Maybe you have to reinstall the IIS server. Maybe there can be problem with IIS server version or .net framework version. Do you have option of trying this on another machine?
