Custom fields in timesheet for every day.

I need that staff fill timesheet every day and except spent time, specify a city from which they work and wrote in the comments that it was done.
Also, I need that managers can view the records of each employee.

But in the timesheet I have only one field for each custom column. I have report period - one week.
So users should fill the timesheet each day? Because they can't fill custom columns for all days in report period.

Maybe anyone faced a similar problem.
Requires that users of his schedule to fill custom fields - the city from which to work that day. And the detail wrote in a note that was made.
Custom field in the Schedule added. But the problem lies elsewhere.
Let's say I have the reporting period - a week. Users can fill out a schedule each day and a few days once. But now, with the period equal to the week, in the schedule users have only one box for comments and one for custom column. Can I make these columns comments and custom column for each day. I think it can if to do the reporting period in one day, but then the users will not be comfortable to fill all week.
