Web application with users and departments RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello All,

I am trying to develop a lightswitch web application to enable a small group of Staff manage their services/skills.

The idea is each Staff logs in (ideally using forms authentication) and adds, the services he/she offers based on his department. Then other Staff(from other departments) can view these services and request for them (the request is emailed to the creator). The user approves(to render) the service or rejects (action is emailed to requester).

I currently have services, departments and agreement tables.

The challenge I have is creating a screen, where a logged in Staff only sees services created by him/her or under his/her department.

Is there a way to achieve this?

    Any suggestions are welcome.
