  • Hello,

Can you tell us what "plc (fanuc)" is? More details better responses, less details means more questions to you.

Also in regards to "connect" sounds like you are dealing with a vendor item and should ask their support for assistance and/or look for code samples and/or API documentation.

Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmarked them if they provide no help, this will help others who are looking for solutions to the same or similar problem. Contact via my Twitter (Karen Payne) or Facebook (Karen Payne) via my MSDN profile but will not answer coding question on either.

    NuGet BaseConnectionLibrary for database connections.

  • You need to check with whatever vendor provided your PLC programmer and utilities.

How can you expect us to provide any help when you didn't tell us what error your got or what you were doing when you got it?

  • Hi,

    Thank you for posting here.

Different manufacturers will provide different drivers for use, so asking the manufacturer may be a better choice, and this is third-party hardware, we don’t have this, so it is difficult for us to solve your problem perfectly.

The Visual C# forum discusses and asks questions about the C# programming language, IDE, libraries, samples, and tools.

    Best Regards,

    Timon

  • PLCs are beyond the support for the C# forums. If you want to work with PLCs in .NET then go to OPC's site. They have libraries to work with .NET. You'll need to rely on their support forums though.
