    Hi viberbyte,

I can understand it can be troublesome sometimes to deal with these web hosting issues.

Now, from your post I can understand you want to publish your report. But, the picture from your

post actually reveals that you are trying to access a published report from a Report Server.

So, first you have to make sure your report has been published. On how to publish a report you can

          refer to the following article:

Now, if your report is already published and you want to access the report using a Report Viewer you

          can follow the following guidelines.

1.Add the ReportViewer control from the Reporting section of the Toolbox to the form or Web page in your project.

2.In the ReportViewer Tasks smart tags panel, in Choose Report, select Server Report.

3.In the Report Server text box, type the report server URL.

The default URL syntax is http://localhost/reportserver.

The actual URL that is used in your installation might be different depending on how the report server

             virtual directory settings are configured.

             In your case it is:

             http://ivy.arvixe.com/ReportServer_SQL (externally)

             http://localhost/ReportServer_SQL (locally)

4.In the Report Path text box, type the fully qualified path of a published report. When referencing a

report on a report server in native mode, the report path starts with a forward slash ( / ); when

referencing a report on a report server in SharePoint integrated mode, the report path is a fully

            qualified URL. For example:

            Native mode: /Adventureworks 2008 Sample Reports/Company Sales 2008

            In your case it is:

            SharePoint integrated mode:

            http://MyServer/sites/MySite/MyLibrary/Adventureworks 2008 Sample Reports/Company Sales 2008.rdl

5.Build or deploy the application to verify that the report appears correctly in your application.

You can refer to the following link for more details:

I hope it will do the job. If you are still having problems check on with your web hosting company's

administrator and confirm with the URL's and other details.

      Best Regards.
