can we get msn user's signature and comments and share to other's place?

Just like  Activity Object in Live Connect,  

Is there any method to read msn user's status message and msg's comments ?

Can you please explain what you mean by MSN user's status message? Activity object does read the status message of user

You can only set the user's status with the Live Connect APIs. Reading the status and comments is not supported.
