  • For a Server Application, you should always use IPAny for the IP address.  When receiving different ports then each port must be a different client class (or listener).

  • You simply define the service to have multiple endpoints, typically in the configuration file for the service.

    There is an example available on MSDN that demonstrates how to configure multiple endpoints on a service and how to communicate with each endpoint from a client: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms751515%28v=vs.110%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396.
