Perforce to TFS Migration Solution? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello All,

I notice on the Team Foundation Server Migration and Integration Solutions page (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vstudio/bb840033.aspx) there is listed under the Partner Tools heading:

    Perforce to TFS Migration Solution

This solution migrates Perforce repositories including full history, branches and labels to TFS 2010 source control.

And yet there doesn't appear to actually be a link to a partner site! Now, Bill Essary MSFT mentions in another post (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/tfsintegration/thread/58351210-9718-457b-9db8-63025efb8f97) that this Solutions page is kept up-to-date. What does this exactly mean for someone with hopes of performing a Perforce>>TFS with (some) history migration?

I would love to know if the link is just broken, or (again as mentioned in another post) if there is available anywhere a custom adapter that I might base my own custom adapter off of...

Thank you for any help you might be able to provide,

    Brad

  • Hi, there should be a link on the partner site to http://www.aitag.com/perforce (you might want to switch the language at the top of the page to English).

Someone else has taken the action item to update the partner solution page with this link.

  • I recently inquired about this and it was rather pricey.
