Testing Sharepoint 2013 in Windows 10

Question
-
Hi folks, I am assuming there are two parts to this. One deals with the OS and the other deals with the browser, which could Microsoft Edge. My company has asked me to start thinking about the test plan or come up with an approach to test a preexisting SharePoint application using Windows 10. We already have a test plan out there that includes regression within Microsoft Test Manager. My thoughts are that I need to be thinking about application functions rely on the OS, and to test the application using the browser of choice - Edge. At this point, I am not sure how this new OS would affect the SharePoint application. However, I need to start thinking about how to tackle this? Any thoughts? What should I consider when testing an application in a different OS, such as Windows 10? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Have a look at this list for O365: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3083635. It would be similar for on-premise

Edge is going to be hit and miss on features. Certain SharePoint features require the Edge team to built in support. Other features of SharePoint, Edge will never support.
IE 11 w/ Compatibility View is the only browser that will give you 100% support on SharePoint 2010 and 2013.

Do you know in general what SharePoint features, Edge may miss? Just in general? I just need a general list of how this might affect an application so that I know.
