HLK_1703 RS2 install client show "IoSpy" and "WDTF Enhanced Test" not signed and blocked. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I was trying to install a HLK client on a SUT(System Under Test) under Secure boot mode.

The installer showed the driver "IoSpy" and "WDTF Enhanced Test" are not digital signed and is blocked by Windows.

Obviously, driver won't be installed if it's not signed and secure boot is on.

But how is it possible that the driver from published HLK is not signed?

The HLK host is a Windows Server 2016 and installed the latest HLK 1703 Studio+Controller downloaded from https://developer.microsoft.com/zh-tw/windows/hardware/windows-hardware-lab-kit.

Although I can pass System logo test with the SUT, it still bothers me.

And I fear that the submission might fail.

Could someone experienced answer me, please?
