Hello,
We are implementing SSO in our project. So may I know how to get user email from Active Directory to use in SharePoint list workflow. I check on user profile (user info), there is no data for email (as below):

Hi Ammenah,
As per your description I would suggest you to do user profile synchronization between user information and Active directory.
Please follow article for profile synchronization : http://blog.sharedove.com/adisjugo/index.php/2012/07/23/setting-user-profile-synchronization-service-in-sharepoint-2013/
Also make sure that user profile service and other timer job related to user profile is up and running.
You can Update email ID from My sites in SharePoint itself but after profile synchronize these data gets override.

As Siddheshwar's reply, please check if you configure the User Profile Service in SharePoint 2010 and execute user profile synchronization.
