anyone here got idea on how to create an administrator page for creating a questionnaire and survey in c# .net?

scenario: the user will add a questionnaire and an option to choose for the answers and save automatic in database both question and the answers.

I believe the code to do the job will be easy only if you can find a good design of your survey management page.
