Barcode

I want to create a bar code in a web app, then users can use a phone cam to scan the image on screen or print the image then scan it using the phone.

It can be a win app to produce the barcodes, though I prefer it on web. If anyone knows how i can create this little system of mine that would be nice.

Thanks it helped me to generate the barcode, now all i need to do is to read it using a mobile phone's cam. Anyone knows a good link about phone apps in .NET that can guide me to create something like this?

I need to generate a QR code, I downloaded the kaywa reader though I need to generate the codes on my own.
