Hello, I have a problem that I'm don't know if it's possible to solve. I need to generate gif-animations at runtime, can't use a dhtml solution in this case caus I want to show the image in a mobilephone. I have search on the web but cant find anything of intresst. Some one who knows if this is possible in by using the .NET FrameWork. Otherwise what components are avalible to solve this problem? Regards, Kalle

Hi, I am also searching the same thing for the same purpose.

I guess third party components should be the solution, but after trying 4-5 of them,

I haven't found something good. Had better luck?

According to this: http://www.bobpowell.net/animated_GIF.htm it is not possible. However, if TIFF format is an option for you, there is a sample of how to achieve dynamically created animated images here: http://www.bobpowell.net/generating_multipage_tiffs.htm

    I see..

At least, can you propose some asp.net 2 component that manipulates images on the server side?
I don't want a control, just server side!
