  • Hi. Not sure which forum to use for this issue but emails from our Business Email Address are continually getting Filtered into our Clients Junk Folders.  I have already contacted Microsoft and their Tech Team was going to do "something" but if they did it didn't have any effect.

    This is a huge issue for us and costing us a lot of Business. We have got to the stage where we have to contact every Client after we send them an email to check if they have got it. Any Assistance People can give us with this issue is greatly appreciated.

  • Is it for every mail your company sends (RTF / Plain text / HTML ) ? 

    perhaps you should start by checking the health of the (mail-)domain ( https://mxtoolbox.com/ )

  • You have to think why other outlook clients think your emails are junk.
