Me again. Guess what! There's a PHP vulnerability (http://secunia.com/advisories/47404/) and Web Platform Installer doesn't have the latest version yet (it's still at 5.3.8).

Yes PHP 5.38 has been updated.

PHP 5.3.9 will go live in WebPI on Monday (or Tuesday at the latest)
