Tablix data rows issue in reporting services 2008 edition

we are trying to get the number of data rows per on-screen page (in the HTML) to

match the number of rows per page in the print layout - any suggestions as to how to

achieve this will be greatly appreciated.

    many thanks for your time

  • Hi,

In the tablix, you can add new column and use the expression "=RowNumber(nothing)" to show the row number. However, in this way, the row number is for all the records rather than each page. If you want to show the specific rows for each page both in the HTML and print layout, you can add a group in the tablix. Set the group expression as "=Ceiling(rownumber(nothing)/10)" and select  page break at end for the group.

If there are any more questions, please let me know.
