Project Online - Queue Job Stuck in "Processing" RRS feed

  • I have a job sitting in the queue in Project Online for over 12 hours and it's just showing a status of "Processing"    Without having access to start and stop the queue services in O365, how can I clear that job from the queue?   I tried using the "Cancel Job" in the Manage Queue Jobs screen, it doesn't actually cancel the job.   The screen refreshes, but the job still shows processing.

    Any ideas on how I can clear this job from the queue?

    What job is it? It might be related to another job that is not displayed on the grid (change the History to go back) and review.

  • Seeing that you do not have access to cancel job, then try submitting a support ticket.
