Creating a reference. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I installed the SDK and the tools but when I try to add a reference I don't see it in the Framework (I am using VS 2010). I can run the Productivity Tool but I am unable to find the references so that I can implement the reflected code. What do I need to do?

Sorry this seems like an FAQ but I could not find it there.

  • Hi Kevin

I believe that you can add the reference by browsing to the folder where the SDK is installed, to do this go to Project >> Add, then in the window that pops up click the browse tab, and browse to the correct spot, for the DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll library it is under OpenXmlSDK\lib, but I also believe it is under the .NET tab

I hope this is what you are looking for
