  • Hi chicagomarauders,

I'm not sure what answer you're expecting but I guess I'll give it a go :P

Expression Blend is mainly an interactive design tool which allows you to animate and style WPF and Silverlight Applications, where Expression Web is a web design tool with extensive HTML, CSS, ASP.NET support. So Expression Web could open Silverlight applications, but not WPF applications.

The project structure is maintained and is consistent throughout Visual Studio, Expression Blend, and Expression Web, so there shouldn't be an issue with directly opening (File -> Open in Expression Web) Silverlight Applications with Expression Web.

    Hope this helps :)
