Server Error (debugging for the first time) RRS feed

When I hit F5 ( |> Start Debugging), I get the below error in my browser.  I have selected index.aspx as "Set As Start Page."  The only content in the page are content placeholders because index.aspx is using a masterpage.

Is there a server setting I should talk to my Network team about?  The project is saved on a server I have full permissions to (even though the error says I do not), and I have it mapped as a network drive on my computer.

I can't think of anything else that might be complicated it.

Download Filemon from below link, it gives the Access denied for any file:

    http://technet.microsoft.com/hi-in/sysinternals/bb896642(en-us).aspx

Run filemon on the system which is generating Access denied error.

and refer below link to know how to use it:

The folder should have permission to ASP.Net account and you should have an admin rights for debugging the project.

    Hi,

From your description, I understand that you put the website in remote share folder and we get that error message when we try to run it from VS, right?

To resolve this issue, we can try to grant the FullTrust right to that share folder:

    1. On the Web server, open Administrative Tools, and then double-click Microsoft .NET Framework Configuration.
    2. Expand Runtime Security Policy, expand Machine, and then expand Code Groups.
    3. Right-click All_Code, and then click New.
    4. Select Create a new code group. Give your code group a relevant name, such as the name of the applications share. Click Next.
    5. In the Choose the condition type for this code group list, select URL.
    6. In the URL box, type the path of the share in the following format:
      file:////\\computername\sharename\*
Note Replace computername with the name of the computer that is hosting the remote share. Replace sharename with the name of the share.
    7. Click Next. On the next page, select Use an existing permission set, and then select FullTrust.
    8. Click Next, and then click Finish.
    9. Restart Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) to restart the ASP.NET worker process.

    For more information, see http://support.microsoft.com/?id=320268

You also can refer to ASP.NET Required Access Control Lists (ACLs) on http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/kwzs111e.aspx

I look forward to receiving your test results.
