sharepoint site redirect

Question

hello,

I would like to set up the redirect from http://DNS1/sites/sitecollection to http://DNS2/xyz/sitecollection (xyz will be managed path). If someone has favorites or bookmarked any item url to source site should be redirected to equivalent DNS2 site.

Please help.
