HOWTO: Play Flash Video (Tube) In Internet Explorer 10

    Question

  • Hello!

Could you please recommend me how do I make the Internet Explorer 10 (both flavors and both Win32 and WinRT editions)  to play flash video?

Do I have to follow this link to download Adobe Flash Player 11 and download both the flashplayer11_rc1_install_win_ax32_090611.exe and flashplayer11_rc1_install_win_ax64_090611.exe?

Again, does the Internet Explorer 10 support HTML5-broadcasting? I used this link but video properties show that Adobe Flash Player is used.

    Thank you.

No plugins (not even Silverlight) are permitted in the Metro version of IE10. See

  • Thank you. But ADBE Flash 11 should work in Win32 version, correct?

The desktop version, yes, just not the Metro version.
