Excel 2013 - unable to load add-in RRS feed

  • Question

  • Our tech support implemented Office 2013 and it clobbered up an application written in Access i.e. .mdb.

Now the Add-Ins does not automatically load the application defined in the Shared Program Library. We need to go to Qe5Dm > Settings and click the Refresh button which actually loads the Shared Program Library into the current session. We define the file path and name of the .mdb program in the Main Program Library box of the Settings window.

We call this Add-in "MyApps". It is a program written in the old Access - a .mdb file.

If works previously under Office 2007. Thanks.

What's kind of add-in were you developing with?  What did you mean "a program written in old Access"? Where is the add-in locate in the add-in categories? We can view the status of add-ins install the as links describing:
View, manage, and install add-ins in Office programs

    What die 'Qe5DB>settings' means?

Did you get any error message?
