Basic questions -- Urgent

Hi all,
I am an experienced Asp.Net developer new to mobile development..
I have created a multiple choice quiz using Asp.Net 1.1 mobile controls and sql sever 2000. Testsed locally using IE and Openwave V7 Simulator.  Its working well. Now I hosted it in a server and tried to access using a cell phone, its not coming up, the url is redirecting to some searching site.
The site i have uploaded is http://server19.lfchosting.com/felixhu/Quiz/Login.aspx
and when i tring to access the site coming up is
http://searchportal.information.com/?a_id=7&adultfilter=on&domainname=ifchosting.com

Is there anything am missing.
Do i need anything special to host wap site?
Also is Asp.Net wap sites will open up in all the mobile phones or it will only work in windows?
What is device profiling? I dont get what exactly this means? Do i need a profile for each and every phone? Is it my responsibility to create device profiles?

Nobody there to help me? .. Please its urgent..  I googled alot.. but couldnt find a good resource to solve my probs..  I am waiting for a reply from this forum.
The main thing I want to know is, Whether an Asp.Net wap site will work in all mobiles?
If no what is  good way to make a cross platform wap site? I need to create a little bit complex multiple choice quiz ( it can come images also).
