    Some old comments and all new.

    Is any way to fix it w/o performing accept/reject changes?

  • Hi maximt,

    What do you mean with “balloons became unreadable”? I could not view details about your picture.

    >> Is any way to fix it w/o performing accept/reject changes?

    For accept changes, you could Review->Changes->Accept->Accept all changes. For reject changes, you could Review->Changes->Reject->Reject all changes.

    For macro, you could try below code:

    Sub Macro48()
        ActiveDocument.AcceptAllRevisions 'accept all changes
        ActiveDocument.RejectAllRevisions 'reject all changes
    End Sub

    Best Regards,

    Edward

  • Hi Edward,

    Thanx for your response.

    Brocken and OK comment balloon

    "balloons became unreadable" - mean balloon size is to small to read/edit anything inside it.

    As you may see in comment above, in Hebrew, is readable, but comment in English is not.

    So my question is: can I somehow reset balloon properties, to make readable.
