Label (in Korean) goes two lines, I want it in a/single line RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am a Korean user.

Making my own ribbon for  MS Word 2013 with VS 2015.

    .

    In English it is OK.

But, in Korean, it makes two lines.

    It is a bug, clearly.

    .

Is there any good workarounds ?

    .

    Thanks

  • Hi,

It seems that it is based on the value to adjust the size. For example, 동기동기, 동기Hello, then동기 will in a line.

You may add the characters to the picture, then use the picture directly. On the other hand, you may submit the feedback here.

  • Hi

What’s the language of your office? Is it the Korean or English? Based on my test in English environment, we can’t adjust the size of the ribbon, if the text is English, it will adjust it automatically, for other language, it won’t.

  • I am using Korean Office 2013, Korean Windosw 8.1.

    .

I said, in English label everything is OK.

In Korean label, Yes, it works automatically too, of course.

But, it works idiotly for sure, as I mentioned above.

    .

    OK.

    .

    Try this label;

    .

    " 동기"

    .

    "비동기"

    .

it is just two and three Korean characters exactly same as I used in the main post.

So you will have strange results. TWO LiNES just for two/three characters.

    .

    Regards

  • Nop.

    "동기동기"

    "동기Hello"

    "Then동기"

All above make two(2) lines not one line.

It should be in one line.

    It is a bug.

    .

    Regards.
