ASDK-1809 Users cannot see public Offers RRS feed

  • After rebuilding my ASDK to 1.1809.0.90 and successfully registering it with AAD my users cannot create subscriptions as when they try to select an offer the portal just shows "Loading".  I have confirmed that the offers I created are public but even I cannot choose them when I logon (same issue "Loading").  Any ideas on how to fix this?

  • you can try to reset IIS by running this PowerShell Script: 

         Enter-PSSession -ComputerName AzS-WAS01

         Import-Module WebAdministration

         IISReset

    If that does not work, you can try to stop and start Azure Stack

  • I tried both an ISSReset and ASDK reboot but still have the same issue.  I also performed the Test-AzureStack and it came back clean.  This is the first time I have had this issue with deploying the ASDK.

  • Could you gather a portal diagnostic of this issue occurring? you can press CTRL+Alt+A while the issue is present, and Email that to AzCommunity@microsoft.com with a link to this post. 

    a fiddler trace or any errors in the F12 console (in edge) will work as well.
