For News Web Part - Thumbnail is not showing

HI Team,

After moving a news feed from one site to another/root site, then the news feed thumbnail image is not showing in destination site. It only shows a URL : https://spoprod-a.akamaihd.net/files/sp-client/image_background_stockimage_9fe1b89a.png

Scenarios:

1) If a user have an access to Source site, then after movement all user can see all posts with images on another/root site.

2) If a user don't have an access to Source site, then user can see only text but no Images.
