How to correct printer settings in NAV 2015 RRS feed

    I would like to share this info with you all, since it has been difficult to find any info on the internet regarding this issue. We have been investigating the problem in our office and i would like to share this solutions, which worked perfectly for us. :-)

    In Server 2008 R2 and Server 2012, there may be some difficulties with NAV 2015 as to printing the correct forms when running the program via RDP. Apparantly this problem is connected to the screen driver, previosly solitions has been to "downsize" to af resolution of 1024 X 768. However, this is not a good solutions, as the RDP screen on most monitors will become very small and/or sometimes fuzzy.

    To solve the problem, first check out, that the server HAS Sergei Font installed. In most cases, it is a standard font. Install this hotfix on the link below. This will compensate for the screen resolutions and allow "clean" printing from NAV 2015 whitout having to change the screen resolution.

    NOTE : It is imperative that ALL users are logged off when installing the hotfix and that the server is to be rebooted after installation.

    After Reboot, start up NAV 2015 and generate a report, invocie, etc, etc, and print as normal. It should now work on any screen resolition.
