How do I get the Immersive IE back?

Question
-
I accidentally killed the Internet Explorer App from the task manager (the IE app on the start screen, not desktop), and now the place where that app was launches the desktop version of IE.
1) How can I get it back?
2) If I need to refresh (and keep files) it says only App Store apps will be kept... does that mean I lose my dev build apps?
Thanks!

Follow up: I just re-installed the dev preview and haven't had the problem yet

On the "Start" page, move your mouse down to the bottom-left and in the pop-up menu, click "Search"
In the Apps "D - L" will be "Internet Explorer". Right-click it and select "Pin"
