window 7 pro 32bit sharing to window vista bussines 32bit

i already try at another computer to get shared, same problem appear 

i also already format computer that sharing printer, same problem appear

messege appear: Operation could not complete (error 0x00000709). Make sure that you have type the name correctly, and that the printer is connected to network
