How do I get the Display image\color depth?

    Question

  • I would like to be able to adjust some of the drawing and images used within by application depending on the available color depth of the display. Is there a way to determine the depth as bits per pixel (bpp) in Metro\WinRT?

I looked at the DisplayProperties class but don't see how I easily retrieve that. Is there a way to get the bpp from ColorProfile or some other source for bpp?

    Thanks,

    Raul
