Does Microsoft (or anybody?) have an XSD for the XML used with the Messenger getjid query?
Thanks in advance,

If you are referring to the IQ stanza documented here (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/live/hh550849.aspx), I don't believe there's a formal XSD that's been published. However, if you have questions, I'll be happy to answer them.
Thanks,
Bill

Hi Jim,
I haven't seen anything further on this topic, so hopefully this feature is working for you. If not, please let us know.
Thanks,
Bill

Bill,
Yes, we have this working.
But it took a bit more coding to get it working than if we had an XSD for it.
And, if the schema should change, it will require more manual work than if we could just drop in a new XSD.
Any chance we can convince Microsoft to create an XSD for this?
Thanks in advance,

Hi Jim,
I'll bring up the possibility of publishing an XSD for this. In the meantime, I'm glad to hear you were able to use the feature.
Thanks,
Bill
