    Hi,

I think you could also have a try repair your Visual Studio 2013, you could follow the procedures below,

    To repair Visual Studio

    1. In Control Panel, on the Programs and Features page, choose the product edition that you want to repair, and then choose Uninstall/Change.
    2. In the Setup wizard, choose Repair, choose Next, and then follow the remaining instructions.

and then login in via app.vssps.visualstudio.com in browser.

If you still has any concern, please let me know.

    Hi,

What happens if you paste app.vssps.visualstudio.com inside a browser ? It works fine here. Could it be some kind of firewall/dns issue on your side ?
