missing applicationhost.config RRS feed

I'm running vista Home Premium (64) SP2 w/IIS7 and a number of apps that seem to be working nicely.  Only thing is, I am missing the applicationhost.config that is supposed to be in the win/system32/config/.  I've searched the disk and don't see them anywhere else either.  Is this possible?  Is somethng corrupted?  IIS seems to be working fine.

The config file is supposed to be %windir%\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationhost.config.

(Note that if your application (which is searching for applicationhost.config) is a 32bit app (for example, if you're using a 32bit CMD.EXE), then you won't be able to see the configuration file due to Windows SYSWOW32 redirection)

I have missing applicationhost.config and web.config files in inetsrv folder under system 32 folder!

i can't find it so i can't use my wordpress because of restriction in start up iis7 configuration for max allowed upload and similar things.

how and where i can find those files in win xp, sp3, win32 app running?
