positioning of controls irrespective of the various screen resolutions that Windows 8 supports.

    Question

  • This is a question regarding the positioning of controls irrespective of the various screen resolutions that Windows 8 supports.
Is there any property that can be commonly set for the controls (Windows 8 Javascript Metro Application)?

  • Hi Tanzeem,

I'm not quite sure if I understand your "commonly set property", you mean by set the position of the control according the screen resolution? Or I can understand as dynamic layouts.

Here is some guideline for you from MSDN: Quickstart: Defining app layouts, Quickstart: Designing apps for different window sizes. Hope these will help you.
