Turn off column subtotals but not row subtotals RRS feed

  • Hallo. In powerpivot how do I turn off column subtotals (for year) but keep row subtotals (for items)?

  • Hi Matt. It's actually not in that ribbon, but if you click in the field settings you can turn it off for the individual items. Like if you have 4 years with months for columns, you can eliminate subtotals for individual years.

  • Are you talking about Excel? Click in the pivot table and then go to the context ribbon. On the left hand side there are lots of options to change totals and sub totals
