Not able to add any API App

Question

Hello all,

I'm trying to add several API Aps (File Connector for example) as a part of Logic App workflow. At the moment this is not possible and it returns me an error as follows: <o:p></o:p>

{"status":"Failed","error":{"code":"ResourceDeploymentFailure","message":"The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'."}}

I tested two scenarios:

- with a new resource group and service plan;

- with an existing resource group and service plan.

Both cases failed.

Please help.
