Since a few days we have timeout problems with the Windows Store submission API RRS feed

  • Question

  • We use the services for our UWP apps. Recently we got only timeouts.

We also tried it with the official StoreBroker, with the same result. (https://github.com/Microsoft/StoreBroker)

How could we get our CI running again?

  • Hi WillHawk,

According to your description, you could create a support ticket through Dev Center dashboard in case it turns out an issue from server side since you get same timeouts from both API and command.

Please select Application as your Issue Type and Other as Subcategory and click "Submit an incident".

    Thank you.

I would suggest attempting the submission manually through the store portal to see if that allows the submission to be completed. Now our team does not support the Submission API directly, for this you will need to reach out to your MS contact our development forums:

If you have any questions or concerns, please respond to this e-mail and we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

  • Hi WillHawk,

If so, you could report the timeout issue to the Windows Developer User Voice Site so that related team could see this feedback.
