Hi CalthorpeParkSchool,
Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.
The "visual basic 2015" you mentioned doesn't exist. I think you would like to point is Visual Studio 2015.
Since the question contains a license issue, you can call 1-800-426-9400, Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist, and you can get more detail information from there. You can also visit the following site for more information and support on licensing issues:

Hi,
If you are talking about an issue in installing or running Visual Studio itself, then you are probably in the wrong forum, and should try one of the Visual Studio forums (e.g. this one)
When you do, you need to explain at exactly what point the error is appearing and the exact error message (e.g. by a screenshot or by copying/pasting the text from the error message).

Hi CalthorpeParkSchool,
As far as I know. there is no Visual Basic 2015.
I moved you thread to the Visual Studio installation and setup. I think you will get a better answer there.
Thanks for you understanding.
Best Regards,
Lake Xiao
