  • Hi everyone,

    i have a requirement to filter column based on the time. my scenario is i have a time column which will display the login time of the users when they logged in. it is working correctly. but i want to display only first login of the user in that column. it is displaying all the login time of the user per day. please see the below image in that see for user paul klinkenberg it is displaying all the login times of that day. but i need only first login time not all.

  • you need to add a filter in your report to show only recent time per user

    for that add a new column in your dataset  query like below

    SELECT ROW_NUMBER() OVER(PARTITION BY usercolumn,daycolumn ORDER BY timecolumn) AS Seq,...
    FROM...

    Then in your report dataset or inside tablix add a filter like below

    Expression
    ----------

    =CInt(Fields!Seq.Value) Operator
    -------- = Value
    ------------ =Cint(1)

    it should display only first login time that is 1 am
