Please follow the documentation to Manage Users in Azure Blockchain Workbench and see if you are missing anything.

Also, please use our troubleshooting script to get detailed logs of your deployment and identify the root cause: Azure Blockchain Workbench troubleshooting

Alternately, please try re-deploying Workbench as suggested here and let us know if the issue persists with the new deployment.

I have  AZ and AzureRM modules both installed in my laptop.

Do you have any suggestions on what i might have done wrong or missing?

Really appreciate for any help and guidance/advice here!!

You can un-install and install the latest version of PowerShell modules or update to the latest version and see if that helps to resolve the issue.

  • Please refer to the "Looking at logs" section of the troubleshooting guide:

    https://github.com/Azure-Samples/blockchain/blob/master/blockchain-workbench/faq/troubleshooting.md

    No powershell needed for this.
