    i need some help pls. I want to learn HTML5 and CSS3 do i have to know java script before starting with those lessons?

    Knowing a little JavaScript will help accelerate a little during the course of the learning. However, afraid not, check out the course material available at MVA (Microsoft Virtual Academy).
